Author Biography
A Baltimore-born artist, teacher, lecturer, author, and illustrator, Nancy Patz has dedicated her professional life to writing, entertaining, inspiring, and educating young minds. Her numerous popular books for children are distinguished by rhythmic text and rich illustrations.
Illustrator Biography
Roth is the illustrator of more than 50 picture books for children, many of which she has also written. Her collages illustrate Parrots Over Puerto Rico (Lee and Low Books), which received the Robert F. Sibert Medal with co-author, Cindy Trumbore.
