Mighty Mommies and Their Amazing Jobs is an engaging and easy-to-read rhyming picture book that teaches children about STEM careers (doctor, dentist, scientist, paleontologist) and service careers (firefighter, police officer, teacher). This book is packed with colorful illustrations and a simple discussion of what each job entails.

Paisley’s mommy is a programmer.
She works on a computer.
If you need help writing code,
She’d make an awesome tutor!

Mighty Mommies and Their Amazing Jobs celebrates an awesome and diverse group of women in science and technology, which works both to encourage young girls to pursue those careers and to promote gender positivity. Seeing women in these careers is critical to help girls picture themselves in these important roles. But this book isn’t only for girls. It’s equally as important to demonstrate to boys that girls can be (and are) on equal ground with them in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math!
